(DEKALB COUNTY) – Three children were injured in an off road vehicle accident.
According to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office, 11 year old Lauren Lee of Auburn was driving an off road vehicle with two other passenger at 8:47 PM Wednesday on property in the 4900 block of County Road 55 in Auburn. Lauren was going down a hill and turned left when the vehicle started to roll over and ended up landing on top of Lauren.
She was taken by Parkview Samaritan Helicopter to Parkview Regional Medical Center to be treated for chest and abdomen pain.
Ten year old Kylan Graber of Auburn had right foot pain while 9 year old Jamar Graber of Auburn had a head injury. Both were treated at the scene and released to their mother.
The Concord Fire Department and Auburn Police Department assisted at the scene.
