Heavy rains over night, plus already saturated grounds in many areas has much of the tri-state area under a flood watch until 5 P.M. Thursday afternoon, including Steuben, DeKalb, and Williams, OH counties. Heavy rains are expected to last through the morning, with a potential of more rain early in the afternoon.
While Friday conditions look to be more dry in nature, a potential for more wet weather returns to the forecast for much of the weekend as temperatures will remain in the mid 70 to low 80 degree range.
