(LAGRANGE) – The case against Westview Schools Superintendent Dr. Randall Miller has taken a new angle.
The LaGrange County Prosecutor's Office says they have made a formal request to have a special prosecutor assigned to handle the case as far as it goes.
Miller was arrested Sunday by the LaGrange County Sheriff’s Office on three charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, with a blood alcohol level of .15 or higher. He was later released.
The Westview School Board immediately placed Miller on administrative leave.
