After a dismal 2019 season and COVID-19 causing even more delays and frustration among the sports world as a whole, Major League Baseball resumed on Thursday Night with a pair of games with the balance of the teams set to get on the field for the first time today.

Of the games scheduled for Friday include the Detroit Tigers who will begin their season with a road trip down I-75 to the banks of the Ohio River and take on the Cincinnati Reds. First pitch for today's game is 6:05 P.M. at Great American Ball Park.
