STURGIS – A free drive thru COVID-19 testing event is scheduled for Tuesday in Sturgis.
The Branch-Hillsdale-St. Joseph Community Health Agency and the Michigan National Guard will be at the Maplecrest Plaza from 2 until 6 PM Tuesday, outside of the Sturgis Health Department Clinic.
COVID-19 testing is available to Michigan residents, with or without symptoms, on a first come, first serve basis. Please bring your ID. Minors can be tested if they are calm and with a parent.
The State of Michigan is covering the cost of testing at this event. Insurance is not required and no insurance cards will be requested.
This event is being sponsored by the Michigan National Guard, Michigan State Police, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services and the CHA.
