The MSD board of school trustees gathered to review sick student criteria.
With flu-season approaching the board reviewed the sick student criteria for carefully checking students' symptoms so as to not automatically assume COVID-19 to keep kids in school as much as possible.
The board also approved the new regulations for title nine requirements pertaining to how schools must respond to incidents of sexual harassment in order to prevent sex discrimination. Previous regulations never specifically addressed sexual harassment or assault grievances.
The next MSD board meeting will take place on Tuesday October 13th at 7:30 p.m.
