A Defiance, Ohio man is looking at possible charges for an inappropriate relationship with a student at Defiance High School.
Officials say that Solomon Garcia had a alleged relationship with a high school student while working for T.A.K.L.E., a non-profit social service agency.
Garcia was arrested and taken into custody at the Correction Center of Northwest Ohio and is facing a Third Degree Felony and has a preliminary hearing set for Wednesday of this week.
