(GARRETT) – A call about an unconscious person led to the arrest of an individual.

Indiana State Police troopers from the Fort Wayne Post responded to a call of an unconscious person at 6841 County Road 7A in Garrett, just after 7 PM August 2. Troopers along with the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office arrived and found a woman who was unconscious, along with drugs and drug paraphernalia in plain view.

The woman was taken by ambulance to a local hospital.

After obtaining a search warrant, officers conducted a search of the residence and found suspected methamphetamine, cocaine and marijuana.

The DeKalb County Prosecutors Office issued an arrest warrant for the homeowner, 47 year old Todd Thrush. He was taken into custody and is being held in the DeKalb County Jail on felony counts of possession of meth; possession of cocaine or narcotic drug; possession of a legend drug or precursor; and maintaining a common nuisance, along with misdemeanor charges of possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
