COLDWATER, Mich. - Coldwater Community Schools announced the hiring of a new principal for the high school.

During the Coldwater School Board of Education's Monday night meeting the board announced the hiring of Steve Hope as the new principal at Coldwater High School.

Hope was previously the director at Flex Tech High School in Brighton, Michigan, and the principal at Penn High School in Mishawaka, Indiana.

Hope is replacing former principal Ted Davis announced last month he is taking the superintendent’s role at Hillsdale Community Schools.

Davis had only been CHS for one year. He was hired in May of 2023.
