Turning Point Officially Names New Executive Director

ANGOLA — Turning Point Shelter of Steuben County has a new executive director.

The Board of Directors for for the organization announced Leslie Schlottman as its executive director.

Leslie joined Turning Point in May 2022. She has been promoting the mission and vision of the organization, which provides temporary shelter to people.

Schlottman has lived in Steuben County since 2007. Previously she worked for Fremont Community School High School. She earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from Trine University.

One of Schlottman’s upcoming project for Turning Point will be the its annual Christmas concert in early December. The annual event is held at the Hughes Auditorium in the Steuben Community Center.
