SHERWOOD TOWNSHIP – A three vehicle collision over the weekend sent a women to the hospital.
According to the Branch County Sheriff's Department, 39 year old Jacquelyn Copenhaver of Hartland, Michigan was at the intersection of M-60 and M-66 in Sherwood Township just after 9 AM Saturday. Deputies say she pulled out, and struck a vehicle that was driven by 66 year old Jeff Fogel of Fort Wayne. Both of those automobiles struck a third vehicle, driven by 61 year old Gayla Vogel of Edwardsburg. She was waiting to make a turn.
Authorities say Copenhaver was taken to Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo to be treated for non life threatening injuries. Assisting deputies were the Sherwood Township Fire Department and Life Care Ambulance.
