ELKHART, IN - The Angola girls swim team had an amazing night at the Elkhart girls swimming sectional Thursday night.
Several Lady Hornet swimmers have advanced to the finals on Saturday.
Among the many big wins last night included Ella Sears (3rd) and Taylor Shelburne (6th) in the 100 Backstroke. Both advance to the Finals.
Sears broke her own record in the 100 Backstroke (59.08).
The Angola 200 Medley Relay of Ella Sears, Brooke Shelburne, Frances Krebs, and Taylor Shelburne advanced to Saturday’s Finals, breaking their own school record.
The Lady Hornets continue in over 8 events.
