(DEKALB COUNTY) – A man is in critical condition following a motorcycle crash in northern Indiana.
According to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office, 35 year old Mark Wainwright of North Manchester was driving his motorcycle south in the 5600 block of County Road 427, and went around a vehicle in front of him, while negotiating a curve. Wainwright went off the west side of the road and flipped over.
Wainwright sustained head and other unknown injuries, and was taken to Parkview Regional Medical Center where he is in critical condition. Alcohol and speed are believed to be factors in the crash, which is still under investigation.
Assisting at the scene were the Auburn Police and Fire Departments.
