AUBURN - The Northeastern Center’s (NEC) bi-annual Community Needs Survey is now available to the public.
The survey assesses community needs for NEC’s primary service areas of DeKalb, LaGrange, Noble & Steuben counties.
The survey seeks to gather information from community members regarding their observations on the behavioral health needs within the communities NEC serves.
Input from members of the community is vital to the work of NEC and helps leadership to plan future services, and facilities and plan for staffing needs.
The survey is 14 questions, and may be easily accessed online.

The survey will remain open through March 8th, 2024.
Everyone who resides in Noble, LaGrange, Steuben or DeKalb County is invited to participate in this survey.
