INDIANAPOLIS, IN - Indiana’s jobless rate stands at 3.1 percent for February, which is a half percent below the national average of 3.6 percent.
The total Indiana labor force is 63.4 percent. The latest numbers are nearly a full percent above the national rate.
Professional and business services added the most jobs, followed by leisure and hospitality, and private education and health services.
The figures were released by the Indiana Department of Workforce Development.
