FREMONT — Steuben Circuit Court Judge Allen Wheat has dismissed a civil suit against Fremont Community Schools.
The suit was made questioning the district’s perceived COVID-19 policies. It was filed by Fremont district parent Andrew Lies on behalf of his daughter in October 2021.
The motion was granted for the school district without prejudice.
