SHERWOOD TOWNSHIP, MI – A woman from was injured on Saturday morning following a three vehicle crash at the intersection of M-60 and M-66 in Branch County Michigan’s Sherwood Township.
The Branch County Sheriff’s Department says Jacquelyn Copenhaver, age 39 from Hartland, MI, pulled out from a stop sign and collided with a vehicle driven by Jeff Fogel, age 66 of Fort Wayne. They then struck a third vehicle driven Gayla Vogel, age 61 of Edwardsburg, who was waiting to make a turn at the intersection.
Copenhaver was transported to Bronson Hospital Kalamazoo with non-life threatening injuries.
The incident happened Saturday morning just after 9 a.m.
The Branch County Sheriff’s Department was assisted at the scene by LifeCare Ambulance and the Sherwood Township Fire Department.
The crash remains under investigation.
