Prairie Heights junior Isiah Levitz was the only area wrestler to win in the first round of the Indiana High School Athletic Association State Finals Friday night at Bankers Life Field House.

Levitz defeated Isiah Mohmed of Wheeler 3-0 in round one in the 152 weight class.

Panther senior Ryan Rasler and Angola's junior Jett Boots lost their first round matches Friday night.

Levitz is guaranteed a state medal. Saturday morning, Levitz advances to the quarterfinal round against Cooper Noehre of Greenfield Central.
