Tuition rates will be going up slightly at Glen Oaks Community College starting with the Fall 2017 Semester.
During their meeting Thursday morning, the Glen Oaks Board of Trustees unanimously approved the tuition increase of 3 dollars. That is an across the board increase for in district, service area, in state, out of state and international students.
In addition, high school dual enrollment students in all categories and all CTE classes will also go up by three dollars.
As part of the increase, the Board also approved a tuition of $50 per class for the Agriculture Tech classes that will start this fall. There are two classes that have not had their tuition determined. That will be done later this summer.
