Tuition at Ball State University will increase just 1.25 percent in each of the next two years.
Trustees approved the increase this week, which was below the level recommended by the Indiana Commission For Higher Education.
They also reviewed the design for a new $4 million dollar multicultural center in the heart of campus near the Bracken Library. It is scheduled to open next yeare.
