Cheney is the elder daughter of former Vice President Dick Cheney and Lynne Cheney. She held several positions in the U.S. State Department during the George W. Bush administration.
Cheney serves as Wyoming’s lone member of the U.S. House of Representatives. She was first elected in 2016.
