FREMONT - Satek Winery is ushering in spring-like weather with preparations to bottle one of their popular wines soon.
Winemaker Shane Christ of Satek Winery says they are getting ready to bottle their next vintage of "Pearagon". The popular wine is an award winning pear wine made from locally sourced pears picked at Stroh Orchard.
Pearagon comes with three varieties and is semi-dry, fermented in French oak barrels.
Christ is anticipating the the new bottles of Pearagon will be released in three weeks.
