Millcreek West Unity's 3.3-mill, 5-year substitute levy has been certified by the Williams County Board of Elections. If passed, the levy would generate $250,000 per year, by 2020.
The Village of Montpelier is asking for renewal of a 0.3-percent income tax levy for maintenance of the sewage and storm drain system.
