(DEKALB COUNTY) – Alcohol is believed to a factor in a one vehicle accident.

According to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office, 49 year old Tina Custer was driving west in the 2000 block of County Road 60 at 12:26 AM Wednesday when her vehicle went left of the centerline, off the south side of the road before striking a utility pole. Power lines broke free from the poll when it was hit.

Custer was taken to Parkview Regional Medical Center to be treated for facial injuries. She was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident, which is still under investigation.

Assisting deputies were the Auburn Police and Fire Departments and Parkview EMS.
