EMMA, IN – The Central Noble boys basketball team defended the team’s NECC tournament win with a repeat performance and Angola girls won the tournament for the third time in four years.
In the boys championship game it was Central Noble 61, Angola 41.
The girls basketball championship results were Angola 55, Lakeland 45.
This was the first time Angola had both it’s boys and girls competing in the championship game in the same year.
