COLDWATER - Multiple charges of criminal sexual conduct have been filed against a Coldwater man.
Branch County District Court personnel say 19 year old Cayden Gordon was arraigned on Monday on six counts of third degree criminal sexual conduct. Michigan State Police arrested Gordon following an investigation into incidents that allegedly happened between December 2019 and February 2020.
Court officials say the Branch County Prosecutor's Office filed three separate cases against Gordon with each case involving a female between the ages of 13 and 15. Each case had two third degree criminal sexual conduct counts. Gordon's bond is set at $150,000. He is being held in the Branch County Jail. A preliminary examination is scheduled for December 16.
