Overnight Snow Leaves Area Roadways Slick In Spots
Wednesday, February 26, 2020

The snow from last night and early this morning has left several area roadways slick in spots, with more winter weather possible later today.

According to the National Weather Service, colder temperatures can be expected today with highs only reaching into the high 20 degree range along with an additional 2 to 4 inches possible which could hamper commutes of those within the area throughout the day.

A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect for the listening area until 1 A.M. Thursday morning, but as the snow will move out temperatures will remain on the colder side with highs only reaching into the low to mid 20s.

A mild warm-up is expected by the end of this coming weekend, with mid 30 degree temperatures expected for Sunday along with partly cloudy skies.

Stay tuned as we will keep you updated with the latest weather related delays and cancellations as they shall arise.
